Ingredients
4cubed steaksextra tenderized
2eggs
¼cupmilk
1cupflour
½tspItalian seasoning
1½tspsalt
½tsppepper
1tsppoultry seasoning
½tspgarlic powder
butterfor pan frying
Instructions
Take a meat hammer and tenderize the cubed steaks until they are about ¼ inch thick.
In a bowl, beat the milk and eggs together.
In a separate bowl, or on a large plate, mix the flour and spices together well.
Dip each steak into the milk mixture and coat well. Then, place in the flour mixture and coat well.
Melt butter in a skillet or preheated cast iron pan over medium heat.
Place each coated steak into the hot butter and cook over medium heat about 3 minutes per side or until cooked completely through and the exteriors are crisp and golden brown.
Top with your choice of gravy and enjoy! We love these smothered in my Homemade Sausage Gravy!
