Instructions
Melt butter, add minced garlic, and saute over medium heat until the garlic is golden.
Add flour and cook for 1-3 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
Whisk beer into flour mixture and cook over medium high heat until the mixture thickens to a gravy consistency.
Add parsley, salt, and pepper.
Add the shredded cheese and whisk until the cheese is completely melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!
