Alfredo Sauce
This Alfredo Sauce is honestly the best I've ever had! I will never be able to order Alfredo at a restaurant ever again because it simply wouldn't be able to compare to this Alfredo Sauce!

- ¼ cup butter
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups Parmesan cheese
In a medium sauce pan, brown the garlic in the butter.
Add in flour and whisk constantly for 2-3 minutes to cook the flour.
Add the cream and salt and stir constantly until it has warmed through and starting to thicken.
Stirring constantly, slowly add the Parmesan cheese, one handful at a time. Make sure each handful is completely melted into the cream before adding the next. Continue stirring constantly until all the cheese has been melted in.
Serve hot and enjoy! We like ours served over a bed of noodles with grilled chicken and sautéed onions and mushrooms!
