Pizza for breakfast? Absolutely. Now, I’m not talking about cold leftover pizza from the other night. No. Pizza. With eggs and veggies. Breakfast pizza. You can serve some yogurt and fruit on the side as a bonus for a balanced plate. Toss it all together and throw it in the oven and sit down to a delicious, heavenly slice of breakfast pizza within 15 minutes!
If you’re anything like me, mornings are typically CRAZY. Kids screaming, all of them needing me to do something; dog barking, needing to go outside and then fed and watered; husband texting me from work needing a response to SOMETHING; needing to somehow quell the rumble in EVERYONE’S tummies. Soooooo, I typically make one pizza worth of dough the night before. (Try my perfect pizza dough recipe here.) Makes it super easy to throw together while balancing, well, life.
Then, it’s super easy to make this breakfast pizza. Just roll out the dough and throw it on a floured pizza pan and top it. Start with the pizza sauce and top with mozzarella cheese. Then peppers, onions (optional, but delicious), and tomatoes – sliced up however you prefer. Now you’re ready for the eggs! Just crack 4 of them directly onto the pizza.
Bake in a preheated oven at 450 for 10 mins for over easy eggs, 13 mins for soft eggs, and 15 minutes for well done eggs. Once out of the oven, top with mixed greens. Slice and enjoy!! Breakfast pizza for the win!

Definitely trying this, thanks for sharing!

That looks so good and so easy to make. I love breakfast pizza and have since I was a child. The breakfast pizza I’m used to is the eggs, sausage, gravy, you know what I mean. This looks like a lighter and refreshing version of that.
