I have lots of important “staples” in my kitchen. You know, those things that you make sure you never run out of. Milk, eggs, flour, and what else? Garlic butter! I LOVE garlic butter! It’s so delicious and versatile, and it’s SOOOO easy to make!! Seriously, I can always find ways to use garlic butter. Grilled a steak? Add a blob of garlic butter before serving. Made bread to go with lasagna? Spread some garlic butter on it. Wanna give your veggies a bit of flavor? Toss them with some garlic butter! I’ve even used it as my spread on homemade pizza in place of tomato sauce….I told you it was versatile!
Ok, so making this garlic butter is probably one of the easiest tasks in my entire cooking repertoire. So, you will start with 2 sticks of softened, unsalted butter. You will add minced garlic, dry minced onion, parsley, salt, and pepper to it and mix it well with a fork. Done. No seriously. It’s that fast and easy to have delicious and versatile flavor at your disposal! Enjoy! How do you like to use garlic butter? Let me know in the comments!!
