This recipe is from our awesome friend, codename: Redbeard. The first time I experienced this Alfredo sauce, I thought I had died and gone to pasta heaven. I did have to change it up just a tad to make warming up leftovers better, but it’s still fantastic! It’s great for pasta, pizza, burgers, or even just a dipping sauce!
Start by browning some garlic. Melt your butter in a medium saucepan and add in your minced garlic. Saute the garlic until it’s nice and golden. Then, add in the flour. Whisk constantly for 2-3 minutes to cook the flour and keep it from burning.
Now, add in the heavy whipping cream and cook over medium high heat. Stir frequently until the mixture comes to a boil and starts to thicken. Turn down heat and add salt and shredded Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup at a time. Make sure to let the cheese completely melt into the sauce before adding the next bit.
Once all the cheese is melted in, add any extra salt to taste and it’s ready to use however you want! Enjoy!!
Alfredo Sauce

- ½ tsp salt

Instructions
- In a medium sauce pan, brown the garlic in the butter.
- Add in flour and whisk constantly for 2-3 minutes to cook the flour.
