Whenever I make pulled pork, I ALWAYS have leftovers. Let’s be honest, leftovers aren’t very fun to eat over and over, and pulled pork sandwiches are no different. So, I set out to experiment with what I could do with leftover pulled pork to change it up. These air fryer pulled pork egg rolls were born, and they were juicy and delicious!
So, the great thing about these is they are super easy. Take some leftover pulled pork, sautéed onions, some cheese, and roll them up in an egg roll wrapper. Top with an egg wash and pop in the air fryer for 8-10 mins. (This is the air fryer I own, and it’s seriously the best thing in my entire kitchen!) Ta-da! They are still nice and crisp without the added grease of the deep fryer, but are still juicy on the inside from the pulled pork! Yummy! Dinner is served!

Can I freeze these ? After I make them or before
admin
I’ve done both, but prefer to make them, THEN freeze them. I use the air fryer to warm them up from frozen as well!
